🫧 How to use our scented diffusers?
Our plaster diffusers are designed to be used with a few drops of fragrance oil.
Place the rose diffuser in a well-ventilated area so the aroma can gently spread.
Simply apply a few drops onto the diffuser, let it absorb, and enjoy a gentle diffusion of the fragrance.

🫧 How do I refill my diffuser?
Once the scent fades, you can revive it by adding a few drops of fragrance oil to the diffuser.
For best results, repeat the fragrance oil application every 3 days.
⚠️ As some fragrance oils are colored, we recommend applying them to the back or underside of the diffuser to avoid visible stains.

🫧 Choose your support:
Depending on where you want to place your diffuser, you can choose a clip, suction cup, or magnet — to be selected when placing your order.

🫧 Can I apply the fragrance oil directly to my skin?
No, our fragrance oils are intended for diffuser use only.
Do not apply to the skin, do not ingest, and avoid contact with eyes.

🫧 Why are there sometimes small bubbles in my diffusers?
Our diffusers are handmade, which may sometimes result in small bubbles or irregularities.
This is completely normal and part of the charm of handcrafted items. These minor imperfections do not affect the quality or performance of your diffuser.

🫧 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Please note that international shipping fees apply. At checkout, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the package and your destination.
If your country is not listed, feel free to email us and we’ll find a solution.
International parcels are shipped via Colissimo and generally arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location.
Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges determined by each country. Customers are responsible for paying these duties and customs fees.

🫧 Order preparation and shipping:
All orders are prepared within 48 hours and shipped via Colissimo. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, usually between 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.).
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances.
Please make sure to double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.

🫧 Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your wish to return an item.
⚠️ Diffusers must be unused, and fragrance oils must be returned in their sealed packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Contact us for more information.

🫧 What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include a photo.
We’ll find a quick solution!
