Shipping & Returns

🇫🇷/🇪🇺 Shipping – France & EU:

All orders will be delivered within approximately 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, delays may occur during holiday seasons, sales, and other public holidays in France.
All domestic and international deliveries come with a tracking number.

We work with Colissimo for all deliveries within France. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us with tracking information.
In case of a failed delivery, Colissimo will send a notice by mail to the recipient. The order will either be rescheduled for a new delivery or placed at a nearby pickup point for collection.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items already shipped by standard mail. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you.

International Shipping:

We also offer international delivery! Please note that international shipping fees apply.
At checkout, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of your parcel and your destination.
If your country is not listed, feel free to email us — we’ll find a solution.

International packages are shipped via Colissimo and usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location.

Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, depending on your country. The customer is responsible for paying any such duties and customs charges.

Returns:

All our products are carefully inspected before shipping.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not, you may return an item within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be complete, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

We also offer replacements or refunds for items damaged during transport, provided that photographic proof of the damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
